PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Nicole Pugh
Nicole has been implementing CrossFit in her life since 2008, and because of the positive way it changed her mind, body, and spirit, she and her husband decided to open this local affiliate in 2009. CrossFit has provided a sense of balance and health to her life that had not existed before in her exercise routine. A strong advocate of CrossFit Mom, Nicole has continued to foster progressive strength and fitness through pregnancy and new motherhood (who says mommas can't o-lift?)
