START HERE! Required Introductory Course...
All new members must begin their CrossFit experience with our 5-day introductory course. This course is held the first week of each month, and will equip you with CrossFit 101 knowledge and one-on-one training of all the basic technical movements and lifts utilized in our programming. Once this course is completed, you will then be ready to jump in our regular schedule.

Monthly Memberships
We offer monthly memberships at a reduced rate - no contracts, no extra fees, no long-term commitment.
Memberships come with individualized athlete profiling, and access to additional resources and materials that will supplement your fitness experience.
Members of CrossFit Cookeville also have access to optional services from our certified coaches including: free nutrition guidance, specialized skill work, support for competition (including race training plans for endurance athletes, CrossFit competition plans, or others), and much more.
Monthly Memberships are offered in two options:
1) Unlimited Monthly Membership -- This allows you to attend as many CrossFit sessions as you wish within our current schedule.
2) Limited-Session Membership -- This membership gives you the choice of attending 3 class sessions per week, and comes at a lower fee than our Unlimited package.
We are honored to provide discounted Unlimited Monthly Memberships to:
- TTU Students and employees
- Active military, police, fire, EMS
