CrossFit Cookeville is located on the campus of Tennessee Tech University, at the newly constructed Athletic Performance Center
Our current facility:
This facility is equipped with everything you'll need to successfully complete each CrossFit workout. Among our equipment in the 10,000 sq. foot weight room, we have 24 multi-purpose racks with platforms, Olympic bars and bumper plates, dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, stability balls, sandballs, rings, jump ropes, plyo-boxes, C2 rowers, and more.
The TTU Athletic Performance Center also houses a 10,000 sq. foot indoor turf area that is used for WODs, as well as warm-ups, training, and special skills work.
