Recipe of the Day:
Sloppy Joes
Sauté until tender:
2 tbs. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Sauté until tender:
2 tbs. olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Add to the pan:
1 lb. ground beef, crumbled
Continue cooking and stirring until the beef browns, then stir in:
2 cups of your favoraite tomato sauce
1 Tbsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder

I made the sloppy joes last night and they were very good! I also made the tuna salad recipe and it is good too. I tasted it after I made it. :) Thanks for the recipes.
