Seven rounds for time of:
95 pound Power snatch, 7 reps
95 pound Snatch balance, 7 reps
95 pound Overhead squat, 7 reps

Yesterday: Row 5k (C2), time-19:10.

Today: "Fat Fran" 15-12-9 reps for time of 135 lb thruster and pullups, time-13:30.

During both of these workouts I found myself wondering, 'What made me think this was a good idea?'.
