Strength work: Barbell Step-up

WOD:
3 rounds, 30-seconds as many reps as possible:
Max Broad Jump
Medball Squat Clean
Pullups
Medball Turkish Get-up
Hip Extension

*Rest 1 minute between rounds
*Score is achieved by total reps in all rounds
**Broad jump is total feet jumped

100 burpees for time yesterday. ugh. 17:16.

I'll be in town tomorrow so I hope to make to Tuesday's session!

200 (20# med ball squat clean,jumping pull-ups, 15# med ball turkish get up, only did 1 rd of broad jump did 2 rds of step-up intstead, re-injured stomach muscle again)
